      • Support & Communications: Records and copies of your correspondence if you contact us for technical support or inquiries.

   2. Information Collected Automatically

      • Device and Usage Data: IP address, device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and crash logs to maintain app stability and security.

      • Local Storage: App configuration settings, cached records, and local databases (e.g., Room database) stored directly on your device to enable offline access and seamless performance.

   3. Permissions Requested

      Depending on the features enabled within the App, we may request access to:

      • Camera / Storage: To capture, upload, or attach photos/scans for digital sample tagging and documentation.

      • Network Access: To synchronize local records with our cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform and Firebase).

2. How We Use Your Information

   We use the data collected for operational and business purposes, including:

   • Delivering core features, including digital sample management, sample history tracking, and report generation.

   • Synchronizing data across local storage and cloud servers for uninterrupted multi-device and field use.

   • Monitoring, detecting, and resolving technical crashes and bugs.

   • Authenticating authorized users and preventing unauthorized access or fraud.

   • Fulfilling contractual obligations with Winn Analytical LLC and your associated organization.

3. Third-Party Service Providers and Data Transfers

   • Google Cloud Platform & Firebase: Used for backend hosting, authentication, database synchronization, and crash analytics.

   All third-party services used by the App adhere to industry-standard data security and confidentiality agreements.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

   • Retention: We retain sample history, analytical logs, and account records for as long as your organization maintains an active enterprise or user account with Winn Analytical LLC, or as required by regulatory data retention requirements.

   • Account Deletion & Data Removal: You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. You can initiate a deletion request within the App settings or by contacting our data protection team at

5. Data Security

   We implement appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal and analytical data against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, or

   alteration. All network transmissions between the App and backend servers are secured using Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS) encryption.

   The App is designed strictly for commercial, professional, and industrial laboratory use and is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal

   information from children.
